Just to prove to my friend and co-blogger that I actually have been running, here's a photo of me coming back from a run the other day! The weahter was perfect - even though it is Autumn here, it is still HOT in the middle of the day - about 75, so when running in the mid-day heat, it gets a little warm!

Oh yeah, sure. Get on running clothes. Stand outside while someone takes a picture. Go back inside and watch the soccer game and drink Foster's.

Alright ..... you got me! Sort of... I just came back from a run, but the picture was totally staged! I set up the camera on top of a mailbox and set the timer! Fine, I'm busted...... let me get back to my Foster's!
